The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

If you have used a chiropractor before, then you know that not all chiropractors are created equal. I have been to a couple and Dr. Martin is the best. He explains what he is going to do and how you can expect to feel. His staff is friendly and courteous and there is always someone there --even on Saturdays. The massage therapists are out of this world. I highly recommend his services for regular health maintenance and especially if you have tweaked your back or neck. You really don't have to live with that pain!
