They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
