Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication for the symptoms that brought me in and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. In fact, when I leave, I have such a surge of relief and what I believe are beta endorphins, I usually go somewhere right away and WALK. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. In addition, I have complete confidence in referring others to Dr. Doughty, not only in getting them in quickly, but she has historically given my referrals an initial free consultation, thereby easing the process, especially for the skittish first-timers. I sent one guy, a customer, who's hand had withered! All of us were amazed at his full recovery. I've been going to chiropractors since I was 6 mos. old (doc practically pulled my head off during birth - head wobbled like a newborn), and after several debilitating auto accidents throughout my life - that is 50 years experience with chiropractors. I've been seeing Dr. Doughty for over a decade. She is the best chiropractor I've ever seen, and that's saying something. I couldn't expect any better.
