They were polite, and I heard no foul language. The waiting room here is spacious. I do not feel that it is overcrowded. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, The office was easy enough to find.
