They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The parking situation at their office was hard. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Most of my adjustments were really general and didn't address my condition. They customized their treatment somewhat for me but not very much.
