I have been seeing Penny just over two years and I look forward to every every visit. I live in Westfield and her location is very convenient. She is warm, patient, friendly and provides a relaxing atmosphere with very effective massage techniques. I have referred all of my family to her and they too have all had wonderful and relaxing experiences.

I am heading into my second year having Penny as my massage therapist. I have recommended family, friends and coworkers to go see her. I try my hardest to schedule an appointment once a month, if I go beyond that I certainly feel the difference. Making a massage part of my health and well being practice has rounded out my balance. I highly recommend Penny to anyone looking for a massage therapist. She is professional, kind, courteous, and just an all around wonderful person.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I found Penny online via a Groupon promotion. In our first session she took extensive note of my needs/health/pre-existing conditions, etc. and what I sought to get out of massage therapy. I had an amazing experience! Penny also showed me several stretching techniques I can utilize to alleviate my back pain/soreness while at work. Penny was very attentive to my needs, privacy and her attention to detail is phenomenal (right down to the mint, antioxidant drink, and bottled water she leaves for you after the session!). I have scheduled appointments on a regular basis now with Penny, and suggest you should as well!

Penny is absolutely wonderful!
I suffer from a lot of daily stress as well as work and home life (who doesn't). At night I have a hard time falling asleep and then staying asleep. I will be going for my third appointment today with Penny. My first appointment I was a little nervous but Penny took the time to explain how the massage would work and to let her know if there was any discomfort. That night of my first massage for the first time (in what seemed like forever) I slept through the night, a good solid sleep and felt rejuvinated when I woke in the morning. I have started doing a monthly session with Penny as the benefit of the massage for the inner me is priceless!
Penny also offers discounts and specials for customers!

During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
