Too bad there isn't a zero. This guy said I needed a root canal. During his working on it he kept saying he was not able to find a root. he then quit and sat across from me and said that it looked good but he ran out of tooth and the was not able to find all of the roots but it is probably well protected and may not cause an issue. he also said the only other option would be an extraction. I called shortly thereafter and spoke to a staff member and told them to cancel any additional work that I wouldn't be back. This was a $3300 dollar process. Yesterday I received a box with my impressions and crown after telling them I would not be back. I have not been refunded any of my fees (required up front) nor a call from Thomas Meals. I would anyone to beware of this guy.

Lied about giving my children fluoride for over 3 years. Each time I declined it, they “brushed vitamins on instead”. Today they forgot to ask me and both of my children got the fluoride treatment, not the end of the world until I realized it looked exactly like the vitamins. This isn’t a huge deal, except I was deceived for 3 years and even after getting my answer, they did whatever they wanted anyway. That is the part that made me lose their trust. I don’t know if it was for money because they could charge the insurance company and I’d never know or if they thought they were making a better choice for my kids. After speaking with dr meals, he tried to convince me that I had authorized it each time. I had expressly declined and even had a hygienist harass me over my decision, followed by her brushing “vitamins” on. Lastly, I had made a follow up appointment for 8 days later, paid $60, later realized they had been lying to me, cancelled the appointment about 5 hours after making it and I do not have a refund of my $60!

Went to office for a root canal. I did not want to have tooth capped because of cost. Doctor did a post for a cap to be done later without consulting me. Insurance would not pay unless I had the cap done. Had to pay out of pocket.
Apparently he no longer takes my insurance either....found out when I started looking for a new dentist and he wasn't listed anymore.
His staff are wonderful-he is not.

I had previously had a very bad experience with a different dentist. I came in a little apprehensive. They were able to take care of me and I was very impressed with the care and professionalism!
Great dentist, great team, great office! Have already recommended this practice to many people!

I've already told my friends and family about the excellent experience I had here. My Dentist can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. Their staff is wonderfully friendly and welcoming. They are so warm but still professional, and made the whole experience that much more comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!!

I was in dire need of a dentist, after not going to a dentist for quite awhile and having an emergency with one of my top front teeth falling out due to it breaking away from the root. Meals Dentistry got me in right away and temporarily solved the problem and took an impression and installed a 3 tooth bridge. Over two other appointments they took care of the other tooth cavaties and problems I had. I would highly recommend Meals Family Dentistry to anyone and have made them my regular Dentistry. Service is very resonable. Very up to date equipment.

There is no comparison!

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

DISSATISFIED!!! I visited this office one time and had the xrays completed and a plan to have all of my dental work completed at one time. Due to business travel I had to reschedule my first appointment, then it was necessary for me to reschedule again at the last minute (a couple of days before the procedure). I was not given an opportunity to request a reschedule. As soon as I said that I needed to cancel my appointment, the person said "okay" and hung up. I didn't have the time to call back and although it's been 7 months, my life has finally slowed down enough for me to take care of my personal needs. I called to make an appointment and was turned away because of too many cancelations. Again, I was completely dismissed when I had to reschedule the 2nd time. While I know that it's hard when time was slotted, a company who brags about being #1 should have more understanding, especially when notice was given. My husband and I have insurance and he wanted to become a new patient as well. I am completely dissatisfied with this office will NOT recommend them to anyone.
