After seeing 5 eye doctors, Dr. Trinka helped me so much. He found out what was wrong (I needed Prism Glasses) and made sure I understood all of the options for the treatment. Really awesome staff, really awesome care. Thanks!

He understands the intricate details of the human body, systems, hormones, and metabolic functionality. He is extremely intelligent and well prepared to assist his patients in attaining their goals for better health. He also gives the most through eye exam I have ever had in my life. An incredible Dr. who treats the whole person, not just the body part! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Trinka for eye care and overall health! And I am very picky about who I allow to treat me as I am an RN with a Biochemistry background. :D

I have experienced outstanding care at this office. I can't speak highly enough. I have been seeing Dr. Trinka for years to address my underactive thyroid symptoms such as being cold all the time and low energy. Dr. Trinka also discovered my gluten intolerance which was a huge step towards feeling much better on a daily basis and also cleared up my randm ongoing infections. I really like that he has a wide selection of nutritional supplements to address my health issues. I even visit him when I just have a common cold. In my experience the supplements work quickly and often times I only require one visit to address a problem.

I've known a few other kids and adults who have seen Dr. Trinka to identify their sometimes very extensive food allergies and they report a positive change. It also helps that there are a lot of new very extensive medical tests available. Unfortunately, in my experience and the experience of my friends, most General Practice doctors do not use these tests in their evaluation of food allergies and sensitivities. At the suggestion of Dr. Trinka I took a few of these new tests and was very pleased with the additional information.

At first I felt as though Dr. Trinka's personality was a bit uncommon. But over time I have learned that he is a warm person who is very dedicated to this patients and studies their health in intricate detail. I have since moved away from the area, but I try to schedule an appointment when I am in town just to keep my body running optimally.

Dr. Trinka is a very intelligent man who helped me overcome some life threatening issues before he came to specialize in adrenals & thyroid. He was recommended to me by a friend & it may have saved my life, as I had not been able to find a Dr. who could figure out what was wrong with me & I was in pretty bad shape. But Dr. Trinka did & I plan on visiting him again soon to check into my thyroid function.

I can't thank Dr. Trinka enough! His genuine concern, dedication to finding what was wrong and superb recommendations as to how to restore my health was nothing short of amazing. Plus he took a tremendous amount of time to explain the complexities of what and why he was recommending. He was extremely patient in this aspect, never condescending, playing down his vast knowledge and expertise and praising me for the work I was doing to better my health. A very positive experience!

Because of Dr. Trinka, I have finally have strong nails, the numbness in my fingers when cold is gone, I no longer have achiness in my finger joints, I can sleep the whole night through, I have restored my energy, plus several other more serious symptoms have ceased. He gave me my health back, and I am eternally appreciative. Does it require commitment from the patient? Absolutely, but the results are definitely worth it!

By the way, I have been very health conscious for 25 years, and in the last several of them, consuming primarily organic foods with a fairly balanced diet. The process I embarked on with Dr. Trinka illuminated certain food sensitivities, and even more importantly, adrenal and thyroid issues. In addition to providing guidance for the elimination/provocation process, Dr. Trinka offers some fabulous products which naturally address adrenal and thyroid issues.
