They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I just want to add that Dr. El-Kholy is a very unique Dr. One of a kind!! If for some reason if u have to leave a message she ALWAYS returns your phone call. She is a very thoughtful + caring Dr. She listens to you which now a days there isn't very many Drs. that do. I am very grateful + blessed to have her as a Dr.!!!

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Dr. El-Kholy is a very understanding doctor, she discuss your issues in details, discuss the treatment plan with you and take the time to explain the meds which she may prescribe. You feel that you are involved in your treatment. I felt very good and respected at the end of the first visit. I will never chose another psychiatrist
