Dr Terry and his staff are AMAZING!!! They took excellent care of my husband. They fit him into the office even though they were booked for the day. I just want to use this platform to publicly thank you all for your help

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The whole staff takes so much pride in the service that they provide to their patients. They are the very best and most of all they CARE. I have been going to them for years and I can't see myself going anywhere else.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Dr. Terry is outstanding! I have never had a good experience at a dentist office until I had the good fortune of finding him. My experience was so good that I took my grandkids to see him. They had recently moved out here from California and their poor little mouths were filled with cavities. They were all afraid of dentists because of their terrifying experience of being strapped down and a gadget stuck in their mouth to keep it open. Their mother, my daughter was just as terrified and shocked to see how her kids were being treated. She would rather them not go to the dentist than to see the terrified look in their eyes. As soon as they arrived in Virginia I made the first appointment for one of them. Myshala 7 was the first one to go because she had a very bad toothache. She was literally shaking uncontrollably as we sat in the waiting room. She started relaxing though because everyone in the office was so nice and they made her feel at home. When the assistant took her to the back she explained every little detail of what was going to happen with just the right use of words and gestures so that the seven year old would be able to understand. She was so gentle and caring. Once the assistant was done Dr. Terry came in. He introduced himself, and spoke to her for a few minutes in a quiet comforting voice. Throughout the exam he explained everything that he was doing as he gently checked her mouth and teeth. When Dr. Terry was finished he spoke to her about what she should do. By the time we left the office MyShala had a smile on her face. When we got home her brothers and sisters ran up to her to make sure she was okay. She was still smiling as she told them about the nice doctor. This was an amazing breakthrough for these kids. I made appointments for the other five which were excited to meet the nice doctor. They were all checked out and left feeling the same way as their sister. Some of them needed fillings, and had to go back a couple of times to get all the fillings done. They did not have a problem though because the nice doctor does not hurt them. Their ages are 4, 5, 7, 7, 8, and 10.



If you read a previous posting of mine you will see that I was terrified of dentists until I took a chance with Dr. Terry. My mouth and teeth no longer hurt, and I no longer get the headaches I used to have all the time. I have been suffering with really bad headaches, and taking medicine for migraines for years. I have seen numerous doctors because of them and Dr. Terry was the only one that could explain to me that I was getting headaches because of what was going on in my mouth. My headaches are gone! He is very thorough with his initial exam. Since then I have had a deep cleaning, a tooth pulled, a filling, and gone back for each checkup. I used to make an appointment to see a dentist, then call and cancel because I was afraid to go. I would rather be in pain. My teeth suffered because of it. I no longer have to make excuses because I am not afraid anymore. Dr. Terry has helped me to get back on track with my teeth, and I can smile again thanks to him.



I can’t even express how grateful I am to Dr. Terry and his wonderful staff. They are one in a million. They genuinely care about every person that comes into their office and treat each one like part of their family. I tell everyone about all our great experiences with Dr. Terry because I want them to know that you don’t have to be afraid or feel like you are going to hyperventilate when you think about going to the dentist. I want everyone to feel the joy and comfort that we have experienced since we started seeing Dr. Terry. All I ask that anyone do is take a chance and walk through their door. I can honestly say that you won’t be disappointed. Dr. Terry and his staff are truly a blessing to me and my family.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had to have an extraction and it was truly painless! Before I knew it Dr. Terry had that bad tooth out of my mouth. I am the biggest scaredycat ever, but I tell you, Dr. Terry made a believer out of me. The greatest Dentist ever!

First off I would like to say that I am 53 years old and have been terrified of dentists my whole life. I was looking for a dentist that was not so far away from my new residence so I searched online and found Dr. Terry. The first appointment I made was for my fiance', this way I could sit in the office, watch the staff, and get a review from him. He really liked the treatment he received so before I left I made an appointment for myself. It was the best decision I ever made. So far I have had a very bad tooth pulled, deep cleaning done, and my next appointment is for fillings, and I am not afraid to go. They are all like family, and they make you feel like you are special no matter what day or time you call, even after hours they are there for YOU. My first initial appointment was a blessing to me because during the very thorough exam he performed, I found out that my teeth were the cause of the terrible headaches that I have been suffering with for decades. I have not had to go to the doctor for migrain medicine or tention headaches since. I have been in his office when Dr. Terry treated small children, and was amazed that not a tear was shed. Nothing like when I was younger!! I have eight grandchildren, ages 4 to 18 that just moved here, and I am pleased to say that the 7 year old has an appontment today. She has a tooth that has been bothering her, and I know that Dr. Terry will be very gentle with her. Soon, all 8 will be his patients. I wish that Dr. Terry would have been my dentist when I was younger, then my teeth would not be in the shape that they are in. When I told him that, he said "well, we have you now, and we will take care of you"! And he really means it. Never in my life did I think that I would ever say that I enjoy going to the dentist, but these words are actually coming out of my mouth thanks to Dr. Ronold Terry and his wonderful, awesome staff.
