I went to their Emergence area. They have a desk patient registrations.
Was asked in a loud voice personal questions instead of why was I there.
Waited two hours. All the time they shouted out peoples names, and were upset when people were slow to answer.

Hospital personnel talked among themselves, rather than speaking with the would be patients to calm them down.

The personnel need to be trained how to handle scared and upset people.

I have also been warned by former patients to avoid at all cost to go to Trinity Hospital . Unfortunately I live less than 10 minutes from that hospital.

I was taken to Trinity Medical Center when I broke my hip due to a fall. It was around 5 a.m. Prior to assigning me to a room, a nurse was to insert a catheter into my bladder. there were two other females in the room. They gave instructions on how to open the package. Whatever she did wrong, she walked out three times to discard the material. I asked if this "nurse" was just learning to do this procedure. the answer was positive. She was unable to insert the catheter. The second person was equally unsuccessful. Finally one woman in a nurse's uniform was able to do it. I stayed at other hospitals in my life and never had any such problems.
I also did not have a pleasant experience with the nurse in my room, and elderly woman who seemed experienced. Without any reason she was unfriendly and rather accusatory when I wasn't able to sit up fast enough. This was years ago years ago.
I have fried there now and am not sure whether I should have suggested a better place.
Sorry, people, your hospital gets no stars from me.

If you or someone you know is having chest pains due to a mental health issue--do not bring them here (like I did my late-fiancé). They do not listen, and are obviously not staffed to help emergencies in mental health. The intern doctor, after I told her his symptoms and that they were mental issues, snapped at me, "well I can't help you with that!" She continued to work on his heart. Worse off, they let him make the decision to keep him overnight or not, and when I was out of the room, shoved a refusal of care at him to sign. I was crying at the nurses station--begging for help. Even the nurse Katie, came to me after they sent us home with NO help, and no meds--and gave me a print out that she created on her own of mental health professionals in the area. No one ever told me or suggested baker act--nothing. Five hours and they sent us home in the night. The next morning, I found my fiancé who took his own life by hanging.

We were concerned about this facility after reading some of the negative reviews, but have been extremely pleased and impressed with the whole experience. Pre op a couple weeks ago and now post surgery (spinal cord stimulator implant). Everyone from the volunteers to the nurses, physical therapists, and cafeteria staff has been so professional and helpful. Honestly, this is the best hospital we have been in, and we've been to several over the past few years. The building is new, clean and uncrowded. Rooms are spacious, private, quiet and comfortable. The nurses are truly outstanding. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs and care about the patients.

I go Trinity ER, I was asked by and explained the situation to 4 different nurses, one said "You should have gone back to bayonet point, but we will TRY to get you in!" (I should have known then that they didn't want to help me) We watched an entire waiting room empty, and new people come in and be helped, after almost 3HRS I had to leave, I cant SIT or STAND that is all you do in a waiting room! I never made it past the waiting room! I was told that they were real busy and they were trying to figure out WHAT to DO WITH ME?!
