Does this personal trainer have you do a variety of workouts?
Did this trainer make sure that you were properly fueled before your workouts?
Yes, and if i forget they have things on hand
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Joda always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Joda always made the extra effort to make sure that I was safe and wasn't going to get injured during a workout. I never have to worry about getting hurt while I'm exercising. My workout was absolutely fantastic. I never felt unnecessarily strained or overexerted, and I had a great time. Joda rekindled my love for exercise and fitness.

I'm a former elite athlete who continues to play at a high level. However, I am over 50 and both my training regime and recovery has had to change. This provider has been able to adapt and direct my training to help me improve flexibility and core strength. I've noticed improvement in speed, quickness, and explosive jumping; all of which are central to maintaining my ability to play soccer against younger competition. The recommendation to add Pilates-Yoga workouts has also improved my recovery inbetween intense soccer games. I feel strong again. I look forward to these workout sessions.

Any time I have a fitness-related question, they are able to answer it in detail. This trainer seems more knowledgeable than most, and I know I am in good hands and getting the best workout possible when I train with them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The exercise routine they created for me was absolutely fantastic. I was challenged, but not discouraged, and I looked forward to workouts. While they do take my weight loss goals into account, they are not focused on looks or physical appearance at all. This trainer is fitness-oriented, and wants me to be healthy and physically fit first and foremost. We do the funnest, most exciting workouts, and never do the same thing twice unless I request it. I never get bored with this trainer, you can tell they work really hard to keep their clients motivated and excited to work out.
