I have been to many therapists before, but have never worked with one who was so attentive, devoted and seemingly invested in my own state of mind and well being. I felt truly cared for and emotionally supported, while at the same time receiving the most practical and helpful advice and strategies for bettering myself and solving my issues. My therapist is always flexible, considerate and accommodating. The office was easy enough to find. If you need emotional support, but aren't into "feel-good" doctors and want real, observable results, you'll want to visit Silver Spring Psychotherapy Associates.
