Called to make an appointment for couples/marriage therapy and was given an incorrect date of the appointment. I called the day before to verify and was then told of the mistake. I was then rescheduled for 32 days later. Thanks but no thanks, need help sooner than that.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
