My son started going to the day treatment program. At first, it was great for him. Then new teachers took over that were not as trained and some of the clients bullied my son who has autism in additional to mental health issues. My son was labeled a bully and he was always the scapegoat. Untrained staff did not know how to deal with him and would tell me to come and pick my son up. Also, his main counselor who is wonderful with my son would not show up very often due to health issues or other issues and it made it difficult for my son to get the treatment he needed. Do not recommend. Unhappy client.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The staff must have not been trained very . They lied and told me I had to go through this crazy process and after that then they told me I was discharged months prior, so all I went through was for nothing. They dot let u know when u need to set up different appointments . Office staff is soooo rude .They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No, he/she did not appear to care very much
