The most caring, informed and understanding counselor I have ever met. I felt loved and accepted. I also discovered some practical solutions for what I was going through. I recommend Crossroads to anyone who is thinking about going to counseling.

I thought it was really nice that they supplied top-of-the-line chairs for clients to sit in during the session. My chair was so comfortable I could have kept talking forever. All of my questions were thoroughly answered, and I was reassured that if I had any others I was welcome to call them. I've already recommended them and would and thorough. I was also hooked up with their coaches who helped me pursue life goals.do it again. They have helped me change my life. They were so thoughtful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
