Buckingham and Associates is the worst counseling office. They lost my private papers, uploaded my private documents to another patients file and asked me 3x to sign a release as they could not find it. I showed up to a counseling appointment one evening only to be told, "Didn't we call you? The counselor had an emergency" I called and left a message cancelling my appointment and they are still trying to charge me $100.The counselor, Stephanie, did not do what she said she would and also violated my HIPPA rights. The majority of their counselors have left due to the office being such a disorganized mess. I would NOT recommend Buckingham and Associates. I tried to leave zero stars on this site but it would not let me.

I went to this provider To help my children cope with a recent divorce. I was totally denied the opportunity Based on my ex-wife desires. I thought the professional would be more interested in doing what was best for the kids instead of catering to a angry ex. desire to alienate me from my children's life. I was very disappointed that this establishment was not even willing to open the door of comunications.
