They definitely care about patient comfort the waiting room and the facility are clean and neat. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. They are knowledgeable and more than happy to help answer my questions and concerns They seem to really care about about my pet and show genuine concern when I am nervous about procedures or emergencies. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The doctors were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They seemed to be current and the best surprise of them all was they were genuinely affordable. How often do you get top care for an affordable price these days. Go to Silver Creek...now you can even have routine care done in the evenings and all day saturday and sunday...what more could you ask for!
