Way too expensive. I personally believe they prey upon emotions of owners of pets to greatly increase billings and charges. If you have unlimited pet budget, then this is the place but if you need reasonably priced medical care for an animal, seek out other vets. It's more about the money than the animal I believe at this facility.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were friendly and made me and my pet feel at home.

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
