My pet was not a patient of the clinic, I travel for work and am working in the Louisville area. My cat became very ill and I walked into the clinic asking to be seen. The staff and Dr Brockman were wonderful to me and did everything they could to help me. I was referred to an emergency clinic for further evaluation. I could not have asked for more kind and compassionate care. I would certainly use this clinic always if this was my home.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
