i took my neighbors dog jake who had been seen there before, they are on vacation in idaho. the doctor knew him and his history. He talked to the owner and they decided to put him to sleep. the vet and whole staff there were wonderful.. i am taking my dog there in the next few days

I really appreciated that they explained the benefits and risks of my pet's treatment. After they explained it to me, I had a much more clear and thorough understanding. I found their building fairly easily. I appreciated the fact that they worked out of a building that was so easy to locate, especially in case there was an emergency and I needed to get there right away. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
