I never met anyone like her. I met Dr Gail about 25 years ago. After seeing my primary Doctor for a leg smasm he treated me with medication that was for seizures. I went to Dr Gail, 1 look at my ankle and said it was out of alignment. She took her tool thingy, moved it into place and spasm never came back. I suffer from cervical spinal stenosis, lower back and hip problems. She's always there to make my pain go away. She also has taught me so much knowledge on nutritional, supplements and natural anti-inflammatory for my arthritis pain. I don't know what I'd do without her and Janis.

Be careful about paying up front for the "discount" plan. I paid a considerable prepay to keep the costs down, and very shortly after, she moved her office and limited her hours. It was not clear to me that I had only 1 year to use up the prepaid funds or I never would have done it because I'm not a chronic patient. I lost a considerable amount of money and she made no effort to work with me when I called her about it. Not a very professional way to do business in my opinion. I would never use this doctor again. She also kept trying to sell me lots of expensive supplements.

Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
A holistic approach to care means that everybody is on board at that level. In my opinion, not all the staff were the right people in that position.
