This man sees people for Disability every Tuesday in Cambridge. I had to see him years ago when I filed and the judge actually used parts of his report to deny me. After reviewing his report I found it filled with answers I did not give. I refiled last year and was FORCED to go see him against my wishes so this time I recorded my whole session. He took a personal call during my session, he also provided no measures to ensure privacy during the session allowing someone to walk right in during my session,

I contacted my Disability case worker and told her everything and she was supposed to call me back with her supervisor. Never happened and 3 weeks later I was denied so I went and got a copy of his report as well as his electronic signature stating that under the penalty of perjury all his answers were accurate. I read the report and found over 20 either outright lies in quotes of things he said I said which I never did, wrote down misinformation, changed my answers and even wrote answers he claims I gave to questions he never asked. All this verified by my taped recording of the session. Since then I have found other people who have told me the same things. They were walked in on during a session, he made inappropriate comments to them, etc. Yet Disability is still using him.

My suggestion to you!!! If you go see him RECORD THE SESSION!! By Ohio Law you are allowed to record conversations and do not have to inform anyone else you are doing so. This man is a disgrace to his profession and instead of helping people is hurting them. If you have had any negative experiences with this man please contact me. The more people we can get to rally together and provide proof of him breaking laws, being unethical or not taking proper measures to protect your HIPAA RIGHTS then the stronger case we can make against him to hold him accountable for his actions or lack of proper actions.

this guy has an office in Cambridge Ohio. in my opinion he is not worth the money that social security pays him for his reviews on people. if you receive disability from social security and they send you to him expect you check to be taken away
