I noticed their credentials up on the wall right away. It made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified. When I go in for my appointment, they always are able to pick up right where we left off at my last appointment. It's nice not to have to constantly remind them and it makes me feel like they really listen to me while I'm there. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
