I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my input and concerns. I feel like we're working together instead of them just telling me what to do. His staff is always incredibly helpful - they always make sure I have everything I need being away from home. One thing I appreciated about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I was able to find a spot right away. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. All of their advice was not only unbiased, but helpful. It was nice not to have a psychologist that pushed their opinion on me, but instead genuinely wanted to help me. Dr. Morris honestly has made my quality of life better in the 3 years I have been seeing him.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
