This facility is a life saver. I would not have anywhere to go to get proper treatment for my mother who is in her 70's and has bipolar and dementia diagnosis.
Dr Pak is caring and thorough in his treatment.
His office staff is second to none as well.

This center helped to diagnose and set a plan for treatment that spanned several years and kept my aunt alive and doing as well as she could for 19 years with Alzheimer's. It was a wonderful service to us and she passed away at age 89..

No, but they said they were going to!

No, it was expensive.

No, I wasn't impressed

I sent my family member here because of people saying Dr. Pak was a good doctor. We my family member has been at this facility for almost 2 weeks and all I had were 3 sporadic calls from the doctor. I was told he was too busy to have a one on one discussion about my family member and he would call me in the next few days. To me this is new because i have never heard of a doctor who is too busy to talk about a patient. The only reason I dont raise hell is because i dont want my family member to be mistreated. This is a difficult time for me because my family member is not doing well and the support and discharge plan is non existent at this location. I feel if the doctor is so busy maybe they should hire a second doctor to lighten the load so they can consult with the families involved.

Also my sister called to speak to the family member in this facility and the nurse told her the family member was discharged! I called the hospital to find out whats going on and the nurse told me she had 3 people talking to her and my family members name rhymed with a patients name who was discharged.

I would not recommend this hospital if you care about the person who is ill, you will not get the support and services they promised you before admission. This has not been a pleasant experience and for my family member to be here almost 2 weeks and nobody will schedule a face to face is bothersome.
