They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like you always got an answering service even during normal business hours. I ended up waiting for a very long time. The providers are unprofessional. They never stick to schedule - so appointments often start 15 - 20 late. They make claims that they don't follow through on. If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. They did way more harm than good. In the end they weren't helpful at all.

It was really easy for me to get an appointment with them. I didn’t have to wait long. I noticed their credentials up on the wall right away. It made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified. Not only were they the best psychologist I've ever seen, I think they were the best health provider I've ever seen. They make everyone else look like they just started practicing yesterday. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually get back to me within the same day. I'm never left waiting for long.
