Absolute BESTchiropractic clinic in Lafayette, hands down! It was obvious to me that Dr. Carr not only loves what she does for a living but that she is an expert in her field. I was a little nervous about what to expect on my first visit but she made me feel completely at ease. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. Dr. Carr discussed my x-rays with me in detail and made sure I thoroughly understood everything about my condition and about my treatment options. Although I have never had to complain about anything I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every patient very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. She definitely cares about her patients and strives to educate them on the benefits of chiropractic care. I was so impressed with her knowlege and care, that I made sure my entire family became patients. She is also GREAT with kids! My children actually look forward to their appointments! If you or someone you know is looking for exceptional quality and care, I definately recommend Dr. Michelle Carr!

Dr. Michelle Carr is a wonderful Chiropractor. She is conveletly located in Lafayette, Louisiana right off of westmark! So happy I found her!

I was nervous that I was going to be sore after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that Dr. Michelle Carr is an expert at what she does and I feel very safe under her care. She was both patient and thorough. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder call so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that Dr. Carr is the absolute best in the field. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before she started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I recommend Dr. Carr to all my friends and family!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
