Worst DME provider I've ever worked with. Shipments are late and simple steps to prevent this are constantly overlooked or omitted. Reaching a live human on the CS line is difficult

After making 3 calls previously, I never received a call back. However, on 10/21/2016, I called and I spoke to a very knowledgeable and capable customer service rep who set me up as a new patient, got all my insurance information and I am getting a new glucometer, appropriate test strips and am covered with Medicare and my supplemental provider. Part of the problem is that Medicare does not update its site promptly and listed 11 providers (called all 11) and I found that only 5 are on the provider list and did not have the test strips for the glucometer that listed.

I am sorry to say that the service is basically no existence. I have called 3 times to try and get control solution for the diabetic meter and test strips they sent me and been told each time that it would ship that day. Waited a week and it never showed up. Tried again same thing. So I guess I will find another supplier and go from there. I also sent an e-mail with no response.
