I went to Christie after being diagnosed with high blood sugar. Christie explained what this was and what I could do about it in easy to understand terms. I wound up seeing Christie for several times over the course of two years. I highly recommend her for anyone that wants to learn more about nutrition, diet and exercise. I have recommended Christie, RD to several friends, and I hope they will contact her. It will be worth their time!
