They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I had a horrible experience!! The first day I met her for a prenatal check-up was my last. I watched her be on her phone and chatting with the nurses while I sat there waiting in the room. Once she walked in, she didn't have any of my information with her she walked with nothing but a doppler in her hand. She did not greet me or my husband, she just told me to lay back and began to look for my baby's heartbeat. This was my first time ever being attended by her. I am 38 weeks pregnant and it still took her a while to find the heartbeat. Her phone rang and she used while in the room with me. Then she just asked if I was having a boy or a girl and once I answered she said to come back next week and walked out of the room. I am definitely not going to have her deliver my baby and I would not recommend her to anyone I know.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
