My Mother was on the Hospice Inpatient floor-as she lie dying, her family was made to sleep on the floors. We were offered only 1 chair-bed, and was forced out of the waiting areas. Only 1 nurse showed any compassion to her or the family. I felt as though my Mother was struggling until her last breath, but wasn't given much medication, even when asked. I am an RN, and have witnessed death, but I have NEVER treated any patient or family member as we were during her final days. PATHETIC.

I will never return to this hospital, the ICU day nurses have no empathy or caring. I had a traumatic experience, am still reeling from the experience. When I woke up the nurses did not explain to me what had happened. If the nurse had put her hand on my shoulder and explained to me what happened I would have understood. I had to ask for things that should be normal protocol. Things changed for the better when I was transferred to a normal room.

My issue is with the valet parking. My adult daughter is taking chemo treatments. Her husband usually takes her early and then I arrive in a separate car, he leaves i stay with her and take her home. They say only one valet parked car per patient. After her last treatment she wouldn't let me walk in the parking garage alone it was about 530 and it was getting dark, so she and I walked quite a ways to get to the car, AFTER HER CHEMO TREATMENT! REALLY. This is the way we will do it for the duration of the treatments, he will bring her stay half the time, then i will come the second half and ride her home. Could someone help with this PLEASE!! Need valet parking for both cars.

The hospital is a maze!! Hard to navigate through without getting lost OR ending up at the Children's Hospital! Parking is confusing too! You have to use elevators and breezeways. Lots of long distance walking!

Excellent group of people Do their jobs well. Always lending a helping hand. Caring. Nice. Especially Dr. Amit Gupta. Hard working arm and hand surgeon. Great work.
