I would never visit them again. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer ANY questions. I went into the ER with kidney back pain so severe it was making me vomit. I was diognosed with a bladder infection. The doctor was very aloof and seemed very uneducated. He did not give me any advice to help with the pain in my kidneys. It seemed like he didn't believe I was in any kind of pain. Very unconcerned for my well being. The nurses that helped were very nice! This is in no way connected to them. They gave me a shot for the pain but it wore off within two hours. I called back 7 hours later and again, the doctor was NO help at all. I have still been vomiting all day due to the pain. He told me I'd have to go back in for advice on how to treat the pain. I don't have the money to drop on two ER visits in one day. I shouldn't have had to even call back. He did not give me his name, nor a number to call him at. Even the pharmasist where I took my prescription commented on how unprofessional it seemed that he didn't even leave his number on the prescription. The one who signed the papers name is Joseph. His last name is illegible. Although I am unsure of who my actual doctor was. The guy we spoke to at the very end, who gave me my discharge papers was very nice as well. I wish I would have had any doctor but the guy who "treated" me.
