As a patient from 10/7/2016 thru 10/11/2016 I have the highest opinion of this center. I was admitted thru the ER for severe pulmonary issues and transferred to RM 2118 Sunday evening. During my entire stay I can only say I received the best care I have ever received. Each and every person involved in my treatment when finished with their job inquired if there was anything I needed and if I did need something it seen to that I received it.
I would appreciate if a representative of DePaul would contact me.

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. There was also a distinct air of not wanting to tell me the complete truth about my circumstance. It seemed that there was some kind of big secret concerning what would happen to me in surgery. No question was ever answered completely. There is a slight chance I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

The staff was full of people that were really nice and understanding. They did eberything they could to make sure I was comfterble and on the right track to feeling better. will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
