If I could do less than 1 star I would. They put my son in a holding room and never checked on him till the next morning. He was across from the nurses station. The dr was very rude let me know really quick that his problems were my fault. If I could have fired her I would have. I won't go back for even a band aid.

Their office was clean enough. They seem indifferent about helping me with my severe headache/visual disturbances; they were just going through the motions. They could have been more compassionate & helpful. One Dr. came in and was interested in running some tests which would have proven IICP, but a 2nd Dr. came in the room and discouraged any form of testing. All I got was neglected by this hospital's ER doctors. I had to drive miles away to Shreveport, La. to receive care & find out about the IICP. By the way, my insurance company did receive a bill for nearly $800 for that very disappointing visit. I hope i never have a need to ever return to this place. God help those who do.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. My son in law, who has had both hips and knees replaced and has back trouble came into the emergeny room with excruciating pain. He was in tears he hurt so bad. The doctor who came in to treat him told him, in so many words, we both know why you came in here, insinuating that he was not in pain, but coming in for drugs. His blood pressure was extremely high and they had put him in bed right before the dr. came in. He left and immediately went to another hospital and was admitted. This place is horrible.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. in fact, i was nearly killed in a MVA and was taken to lincoln general...they literally saved my life that day...i had a crushed femer & about 8 other broken bones...had over 100 stitches in my face alone....it took about 2 yrs to get over it but,they saved me and i am doin well today
