My Grandson came in by ambulance with a 106.6 temp. The doctor looked at him and couldn't find nothing. Instead of just observing him she wanted us to keep the motrin every 4 hours to cover the temp from spiking, and sent us home. Told us that he would probably have seizures with these temps and there is no concern on brain damage with high fever. Knowing that my cousin is totally handicap from a high fever and has brain damage because it was ignored by a ER doctor. Our family doctor told us next time take him to North Childrens Mercy. I will never ever recommend them again.
