They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
