I feel doctor Greg Kelly and Putnam General Hospital illegally bio chip implanted me when he stapled my head shut...I don't feel this is right and am standing up for my rights....

Hi Doctor Greg Kelly......Do you remember me????? I was there in 2006. I has 2 scalp lacerations and you stapled one shut but Doctor Michael w, did all the dictating in the medical notes, isn't that illegal???? I feel you bio chip implanted me, I never came back to let you take the staples out, there is 3 hospitals involved in a 12 day period. all with cat scans and x-rays, and I have all the digital images and x-rays and hospital reports. Now another doctor is going to cut my head open and do exploratory surgery and I sure hope I am wrong, but if not, in my opinion, I am going to sue you and the facility BIG TIME!!!! They Federal Government banned bio chip implanting people for mind control in 2001 and I seen You in 2006, I am not going thru no more mental abuse or mind control. You took away My 8th, 9th, and 13th Amendment.....
