This was one of the most confusing and frustrating hospitals I have ever been too. Forget about getting any of your questions answered, they are much too busy. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average, but I've seen worse. It wouldn't hurt to upgrade them however. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I had to wait forever after I arrived in the ER to see a doctor. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because they pretty much made my stay so awful that I signed myself out. The nurse who was on shift when I left was in her 60's and seemed very unhappy and flat out refused to answer my questions about my medication. I was pushed by the PA ( who had some serious anger and self-worth issues) to have an operation done that I wasn't ready for but after letting my pain level get up to a 10 and leaving me on the hospital bed screaming and crying, refusing to give me doctor ordered pain medication I was embarrassed and confused surrounded by strangers who looked at me like garbage so in desperation i signed the form and had the surgery. Less than 12 hours later they were packing up my stuff and telling me I could leave. But once again they tried to play games so after waiting 4 hours for them to actually discharge me I just left.
