SHE LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM, THEN WITHIN 5 MINUTES SHE CORRECTED IT SATISFACTORILY. I WANT YOU TO KNOW SHE WAS QUICK, PROFESSIONAL AND QUITE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. First i wouldn't get my eyes checked here ever again even if they paid me! When i got my eyes checked here they had gotten my prescription wrong by an entire point! ( i am -2.75 they gave me -1.25) I learned my lesson with that and decided that i would get my eyes checked elsewhere and bring them my prescription to purchase the frames and lenses from walmart. FAIL! they gave me a similar pair to what i ordered ( so similar i didn't notice) and i had purchased insurance on the glasses. well they broke and when i brought them back they gave me grief acting like i had tried to scam them with another pair of glasses. I even pointed out the woman who gave them to me (like a week before!) and she denied that she had given them to me. It was her job to check the Vin number before giving them to me and to top it off apparently the frames i had gotten weren't even in their system. I will need to purchase contacts i am debating if i will bring them that prescription or just do my entire service at my new optometrist.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
