I had an amazing experience and would recommend this place to everyone! They were so kind and attentive to me. I really appreciated that they included me in the decision process on whether lasik or lasek would be best for me individually. Dr. Carlson and his staff made what I thought would be an uncomfortable and nerve-racking procedure not as bad as I thought it would be. They talked to me the whole time and didn't allow my mind to think about all the crazy things when it comes to surgery which really helped me get through the procedure. They were also very attentive after the surgery to ensure that everything was going as it should. I even received a phone call from Dr. Carlson himself the night of the procedure which I appreciated greatly!

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The office was easy enough to find. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
