Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all! They are always very encouraging and supportive

Very much so! They have the utmost respect for the cosmetic surgeon

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
