This clinic is the best there is. The staff are knowledgable, professional, enthusiastic, accommodating and friendly. When you call the clinic you will speak directly to a technician-no untrained reception staff here! The doctors return phone call and emails-always. While they are a very busy practice, they make every effort to see your pet as soon as possible, and there is rarely any waiting when you arrive. If your pet has a skin condition or ear problems -you won't regret coming here. I have been a client with multiple pets (dogs, cat and horse) since 1996.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Probably the rudest staff I've ever interacted with. I called in to speak with a doctor and they hung up on me.

They discriminate against people with disabilities! They were charged by the Equal Employment Commission and settled out of court with the person they discriminated against. The staff are unprofessional, immature, and just plain nasty people. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
