This is the best vet we have ever had. All the staff take the greatest care of our dogs and cats and treat them and us with the care we all need when our animals are suffering. They will check up on animals they have treated to see how they are coming along and are always prompt and on time. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!

The staff go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are so kind, caring, and attentive. In September 2012, my dog got sick and I rushed him to Cambridge. When I got there, the Vet was backing up (leaving) when he saw me enter he drove back up and came in to see what was going on with my baby. For this, I was/am thanking that he stay open way past their closing time to help me in my time of need.

I have to share this as well: The love and care that the staff have for their clients have kept me with this clinic. When my dog died back in 2008, I cried for at least two months and Dr. Jacobs actually took the time out of his busy schedule to call and checkup on me and told me if I need to talk, I could call him. That made my day!!
