The first time I went to this vet's office was to have my lab spayed. They said they needed to keep her over night for observation. I told them she has very bad separation anxiety and would need to be supervised at all times. They guaranteed me there would be someone there at all times. The next morning I get there to pick up my dog. She had been running the office all night, unsupervised. Broke out of the cage they had her in and tore the place up. Dogfood everywhere catfood etc. No apology for my dog being unsecured and unsupervised. A few years later everyone kept telling me he's a great vet so think OK this is possibly a one time thing. I take my Lynx Simease cat in for spay. We'll that turned out to be a horrible mistake. They could not explain why or what on earth happened. But I go to pick her up and they ignored me for about 10 minutes. Then finally I get taken back to a cage and there lays my cat. She somehow died during surgery. However she was in totally wonderful health no problems at all ever. They didn't even care enough to call me immediately. They waited for me to come in at 5 pm. Awful don't go here if you love and value the life of your pets!!!!!!!

When someone shot my furbaby he was very gentle with him. Dr. Nall is the only Dr. I trust with my 4 footed children.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
