Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

He's a genius. He can look at an animal before examining it and see what others have missed. He can recall the most obscure and rare information applicable to your case and recite a condition's symptoms in each species.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hewlett and his team. They always make sure every single question I have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered, or have any problems arise. I felt absolutely at ease having my pets treated here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well.
