I just spoke with this place on the phone, inquiring for my cat's condition. The woman was very rude and short with me. I felt like a waste of her time. My cat is being treated for a condition medically, and I was wondering if another vet may be able to do more for her, as I've read about some natural remedies for the condition, which my current vet is not interested in discussing. This woman cut me off with short remarks and I could tell from her tone of voice as soon as she picked the phone, that she really did not want to pick up the phone. Customer service like this does not deserve my business for sure. It's a good thing I never have an issue with continuing to research things on my own, to help improve my cats' care if I feel it is needed.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .
