They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

My pets have seen both Dr. Wendy and Dr. Beedle, and each time we have been there it has been a great experience. My sheltie was scared to death of the vet, and now he is excite when we pull up to the building. My beagle has been there since his first appointment, and loves it. I enjoy the staff, and the doctors take tons of time with me in the exam room. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
