My experience has always been amazing until now!! Now that they have been bought by a large group, it has been disappointing!! Was told by one of the doctors that they didn’t have time to find the diagnosis. The waiting room was packed, the place is filthy, customers had dogs running loose, and felt that my pet was treated like a number. According to the staff, they are paid by the number they see and that explains everything I need to know

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
