We've been going to this clinic for over 15 years. Between foster cats and our 3 cats, we have only received the best of care. The staff have always been helpful, kind and compassionate. They answer our questions when they can for basic issues (like fleas!), and refer to the doctors for more complex issues.

Dr. Shorkey is who we see most of the time. She is very knowledgeable, and when she doesn't know she says so and does any necessary research. Most importantly, she speaks directly to our pets, and offers comfort to them when they are scared (even though we're there). When treatment is needed, she presents options, thoroughly explains the options, and their pros and cons, allowing us to make informed decisions about the health of our cats, and making us partners in the care of our animals.

During the COVID virus, while we can't come in right now, we receive the same level of information on the phone. We always feel thoroughly informed. Based on our cats' previous care in the treatment rooms we feel comfortable that they are receiving the best of care, even though we can't be present.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
